We're open! We've added 44 private rooms with private baths. Hultquist Place is a New York State Assisted Living Program that gives seniors access to many different services, so they can stay healthier, more active and independent.  Located on the beautiful Lutheran Social Services campus, Hultquist Place offers a worry free lifestyle with the warm and intimate feeling of ‘home’.

Smartment™ Building Construction

Smartment™ is a term trademarked by LSS and creates the newest alternative for remaining independent. It refers to modern homes and apartments where technology can improve quality of life by preventing costly hospitalizations and emergency department visits, while respecting resident privacy.

Warner Place Day Program

It is a medical model adult day healthcare program, named in honor of the Warner Home Family. This beautifully designed building opened in July, 2010 to serve those who need nursing care during the day, but have a support system so they can still live at home. The goal is to allow people to stay independent longer and to offer respite for caregivers.

Therapeutic Foster Care

GA Family Services began its therapeutic foster care program as another option for children who need healthy family connections and adults they can trust.

Lutheran Social Services (LSS), located in Jamestown, New York, offers a wide range of senior services and senior housing to adults who have a zest for life and want to continue living well as they age. Our programs include a medical adult day care, medical rehabilitation, assisted living and skilled nursing in a nursing home setting. Housing includes independent living apartments and duplexes with both HUD subsidized and market rate options. We're entering a new world of independence with our Smartment Building that is currently taking applications.
