Community Residential Habilitation

Community Residential Habilitation is a program that provides services to those with developmental disabilities in their home and in the community. This program is geared toward those who still reside with their families and/or guardians.

Service Coordination

GLRS provides Service Coordination to individuals with developmental disabilities that are in need of linkage to needed services. These services can be residential care, community residential habilitation, day habilitation, transportation, activities, Medicaid Waiver Services, etc.

Individualized Residential Alternatives

Built by LSS in 1988, this Individualized Residential Alternative is home to 10 individuals with developmental disabilities. It is located in the town of Brighton and is adjacent to Atonement Lutheran Church.

Built by LSS in 1992, this 10-bed Individualized Residential Alternative is home to 10 individuals with developmental disabilities. It is located in the town of Webster and is adjacent to Immanuel Lutheran Church.

This 6-bed Individualized Residential Alternative was created by purchasing an existing house and refurbishing it to the needs of its consumers.

This 6-bed Individualized Residential Alternative is the most recent addition to Grace Lutheran Residential Services. LSS purchased an existing home and refurbished it to the needs of the consumers.

Lutheran Social Services owns and operates all of the facilities.
