Pictured below are the newest duplex units that were added to our Edgewood Communities campus in 2007. These two-bedroom modern, open style units are each uniquely designed and offer 1500-1700 square feet of living space. They include all of the features and amenities of our existing units, as well as, individual picturesque views of our beautiful Chautauqua county landscape.
Five spacious duplex houses were constructed in 1983-1984 (photos below). Each house is situated on approximately one-fifth acre of beautifully landscaped property. Comfortable living environments, with utilities included. Call for pricing options. An entrance fee is required.
