United Methodist Gardens makes Charitable Gift to Lutheran Senior Housing

The Board of Directors of Falconer Methodist Housing Development Fund Company recently gave a generous $40,000 charitable gift to Lutheran after the sale of its United Methodist Gardens property in Falconer.  These funds were approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the New York State Attorney General’s Office, as a result of the sale of United Methodist Gardens to Housing Preservation, Inc.  Lutheran Senior Housing served as the management agent of United Methodist Gardens since 2002 and the organization expressed their sincere gratitude for the thoughtful gift.
